If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Return Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@zartochealth.com or call us at 302-223-9757. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to complete the return.
- Package the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, making sure to include the original packaging and any accessories. Please write the provided Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Refund Policy
We offer a 100% refund on all purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs associated with the original purchase or the return shipment. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
Exceptions
Some items may be ineligible for return or refund, such as custom-made or personalized products. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page or during the ordering process.
